Craig
A true to form Scotsman who has been making South Africa his home over the last 11 years. After extensive travelling in his earlier life Craig has always felt at home in the African bush and (given that there are no rhinos in Scotland) after finishing his Honours Degree in Leisure Management in Glasgow, with a couple of detours along the way, he fulfilled his dream of becoming a game ranger. It is fair to say that there was many a hairy moment (both in training and afterwards as a Chief Rhino Tracker and Tiger Fish guide), although this is where Craig’s passion of the bush really lies. The experience gained working and living in the environment proved invaluable and with this knowledge Craig returned to the city ( temporarily) to offer specialised safaris to the Pilanesberg.

Ryan
A born and bred South African who has always had a passion for conservation, wildlife and the natural environment. Ryan visited the Pilanesberg National Park hundreds of times whilst growing up where his parents were honorary rangers. He often joined them on patrols and learnt much from their fellow ranger’s knowledge and experience. After 9 months in Argentina and a short "study" visit to Cape Town, he spent several years as an overland guide before he felt it was time for a change and has gone into business for himself running small-customised tours throughout Southern Africa.

Both Ryan and Craig are qualified and registered South African Tourist and Field Guides.
Both are expert fishing guides.
Ryan is fluent in English, Afrikaans, Spanish and has a Level II Trails Guide Qualification.
Craig is fluent in Scottish. He can also speak very broken French, Afrikaans and Zulu.
